Shipping / Pickup Policy

Fresh Plate Restaurant prepares fresh, made-to-order food for in-restaurant dining and local pickup. Because we serve perishable, freshly prepared meals, we do not ship food orders outside of the local area.
Pickup Orders
- Pickup orders may be placed by phone at (706) 589-2564 during our open hours.
- Standard preparation time is 25 – 40 minutes depending on order size and current kitchen volume.
- Orders should be picked up at 117 Penn St, Millheim, PA 16854 within 15 minutes of the scheduled time to ensure freshness and quality.
- Photo ID matching the name on the order may be requested at pickup.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a 5-mile radius of our restaurant through partner delivery services. Delivery fees, minimum order amounts, and timing are set by the delivery provider.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order at pickup. If anything is missing or incorrect, let our staff know right away so we can resolve it on the spot.
Food Safety
Once food leaves the restaurant, please refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours and reheat thoroughly before eating. We are not responsible for food held outside recommended temperatures.
Gift Cards
Physical gift cards purchased online are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail within the United States. Standard delivery takes 3 – 7 business days. Digital gift cards are delivered by email within 24 hours.
