A neighborhood table since 2015.

Fresh Plate Restaurant was founded by Crystal Shay Johnson with a simple idea: bring the bounty of central Pennsylvania to a welcoming table. What began as a small storefront in Millheim has grown into a beloved local dining destination — but the heart of the place hasn't changed.

We cook with what's in season and what's grown nearby. We treat our team and our guests with the same care we put into every plate. And we believe a great meal is one of life's small but lasting joys.
