Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled at Fresh Plate Restaurant.

Reservations

  • Standard reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 4 hours before the reservation time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows for parties of 6 or more may be charged a $15 per-guest fee, applied only when a credit card was held to secure the booking.
  • Special events and chef's tables may carry separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Pickup Orders

  • Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • If preparation has already started, we may issue a partial refund equal to the value of items not yet prepared.
  • If we make an error with your order, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not process cash refunds for online payments.

Quality Concerns

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your meal, please let us know during your visit or within 24 hours by emailing sales@frshplate.com. We take feedback seriously and will work to make it right.
